20-24 Medium peeled and deveined shrimp

8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)

1 clove Minced garlic

2 tsp Chopped parsley

2 tsp Butter or olive oil

1/2 lb Cooked pasta

1 jar Original Sunshine Yellow Tomato Sauce


Heat saute pan and add butter. Add garlic and toss quickly until just lightly browned. Then add mushrooms and shrimp. Toss and stir regularly until shrimp are almost cooked through. Add 1/2 jar of  Sauce and bring to a boil. Add parsley and serve over pasta tossed with 1/2 jar of Sauce. Serves 4.
