4 cups Water

1 cup Lentils

1 jar Sunshine Tomato Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste


In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat and empty one jar of any flavor Sunshine Tomato Sauce into the pot. Add 4 cups of water, 1 cup of lentils and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
