1 jar Original Sunshine Yellow Tomato Sauce
1 medium Garlic clove, minced
1 cup Cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup Chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup Chopped red onion
1 small Jalapeño, seeded & minced
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 Lime juiced
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Fresh basil leaves
Puree Sunshine sauce, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, garlic clove, lime, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in blender for 15-20 seconds on high speed. Transfer mixture to bowl and stir to combine. Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours. Top with fresh basil when serving. Enjoy!
