4 cups Canned shredded chicken

4 leaves Romaine lettuce

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 cup Sunshine Tomato Company Original Sauce

½ cup Chopped red cabbage for garnishing

½ cup Finely chopped celery

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix canned chicken, lemon juice, Sunshine tomato sauce, celery, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until fully mixed. Pull leaves of lettuce from a head of romaine lettuce to hold the chicken salad. Plate on lettuce leaves so guests can add as much chicken salad as they’d like before rolling into a wrap. Serves 4.
