1 Medium spaghetti squash

2 oz Feta cheese

2 oz Kalamata olives

1 tsp Fresh oregano

1/2 jar Original Sunshine Yellow Tomato Sauce

1 Lemon

Salt and pepper to taste


Split and bake the spaghetti squash on a baking sheet pan until a fork easily enters. Cool and pull from skin then toss with other ingredients. Bake until hot through and serve.  Serves 4-6.
