1/2 jar Original Sunshine Yellow Tomato Sauce

1/2 cup Chickpeas, rinsed & drained

1 cup Kale, rinsed and chopped

2 tbsp Chopped purple onion

2 tbsp Red cabbage, shredded

2 tbsp Feta

1/2 cup Brown rice

1/2 cup Kidney beans, rinsed & drained

2 tbsp Parsley, rinsed & chopped

Chicken breast



Marinate chicken breast in Original Sunshine sauce and butter, then top with parsley and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Plate on top of kale, chickpeas, onions, red cabbage, brown rice, and kidney beans. Top with feta and one last spoonful of Sunshine and enjoy!
