1 lb Broad egg noodles or Pappardelle

​1 jar Original Yellow Tomato Sauce

1 lb Bacon

1 cup Peas


Slice bacon in 3/4″ pieces and saute until crisp. Set aside.
​Bring a medium pot of salted water to boil and add egg noodles. After 3-4 minutes add peas and continue boiling until pasta is almost al dente. Strain into a colander. Add sauce to pot and bring to temperature. Then add bacon and pasta and peas to sauce. Turn off and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Dish to plate and enjoy. Serves 4.

Everything is better with bacon! This casserole is one to fall in love with. Salty and sweet bacon bits, egg noodles and our Original sauce is a hard to resist combination. We even added peas to add a burst of color and flavor!
